I enjoy working with people of all fitness levels to help them recover from acute injuries, optimize their performance and functional movement. I have a special interest in women’s health and have worked with expecting/new mothers as well as women of all ages in addressing their pelvic health. I believe strongly in listening to my clients, providing hands-on treatment with a focus on education, active exercise and treating the root cause of the problem. My goal is to provide women with the confidence and knowledge to trust their bodies during the journey of pregnancy, birth and motherhood.
Outside the clinic, I enjoy an active lifestyle that includes swimming, running, and hiking with my family and dog. To help keep my mind and body balanced, I also practice Yoga and Pilates.
